How Konviq handles personal data across our website, dashboard, APIs, and WhatsApp engagement services.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Konviq collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our websites, dashboards, APIs, WhatsApp engagement tools, and related services (collectively, the Services).

Konviq is a product of Ramdev Engineering, a proprietorship of Vivek Pareshbhai Monpara, 3rd Floor, Shed No.23, Plot No. 3 to 6, Kothariya, Varun Industrial Area, Street-3, Nr. Maldhari Fatak, Swati Park Road, Rajkot, Gujarat 360002 (GSTIN 24GKTPM6031C1Z4). In this policy "Konviq", "we" and "us" mean Ramdev Engineering.

If an organization provides you access to Konviq, that organization controls the workspace and the customer data submitted to it. In that case, its own privacy notices may also apply.

Data we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we collect and store:

  • Account data: your name, email address, password (stored as a hash), team members and their roles, and your business name.
  • WhatsApp account data: your WhatsApp Business Account and phone number IDs, message templates, and the access token Meta issues when you connect (stored encrypted).
  • Messages in your inbox: the content of messages your business sends and receives through Konviq, with delivery and read status, internal notes, labels and assignments.
  • Media: images, documents, audio and video in your chats, which we fetch from Meta so your team can open them, and files you upload.
  • Contacts: the names, phone numbers, attributes and opt-out status of your customers, whether imported by you or created when a customer writes in or fills a lead form.
  • Broadcasts, flows and ads data: your broadcasts and their results, chatbot flows and their progress per contact, and which Click-to-WhatsApp ad started a chat.
  • Payment links: the amount, description, status and Razorpay reference of payment links you send in chats. Your Razorpay key is stored encrypted. Card and bank details are entered on Razorpay, never on Konviq.
  • Billing data: your plan, wallet balance and transactions, GST details and invoices. Payments to Konviq are processed by Razorpay.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser, timestamps, error reports and security logs.

How we use data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.
  • Connect and manage authorized WhatsApp Business assets.
  • Process messages, campaigns, automations, templates, and analytics.
  • Authenticate users, manage permissions, and prevent abuse or fraud.
  • Provide support and send operational or billing communications.
  • Meet legal, accounting, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

We process data where necessary to perform our agreement with you, with your consent, for lawful business and security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

Meta and WhatsApp data

Konviq uses Meta's official APIs and Embedded Signup flow. Your use of WhatsApp and Meta products is also governed by the terms and privacy policies that Meta makes applicable to your account.

We access only the business assets and permissions you authorize. You can revoke an integration through the applicable Meta business settings, but doing so may prevent related Konviq features from working. Revoking access does not automatically delete data already stored in your Konviq workspace.

How we share data

We share data only with the processors that run the Services, and as described below:

  • Railway hosts the Konviq application and database on servers in Singapore.
  • Meta (WhatsApp) carries every message you send or receive through the WhatsApp Cloud API and processes it under Meta's own terms.
  • Razorpay processes payments to Konviq, and payment links you create with your own Razorpay account.
  • Resend delivers account emails, and Sentry receives error reports used to fix problems.
  • Your organization and its workspace administrators and members.
  • Authorities when required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with legal and financial obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary by data category. Backups and security logs may remain for a limited period after primary records are deleted.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), encryption of WhatsApp and Razorpay access tokens at rest, separation of each business's data, signed webhook verification, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance about our processing. Workspace administrators may be able to handle some requests directly.

You can export your contacts through the Konviq API, or ask us for a copy of all your data. To request deletion, follow our data deletion instructions. For other privacy requests, email ceo@microset.in. We may verify your identity and authority before acting on a request.

International processing

Konviq data is stored on servers in Singapore, outside India. Meta processes WhatsApp messages in its own data centres. We transfer data abroad only to provide the Services and follow any restrictions the Government of India notifies under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. Do not use Konviq to collect or process children's personal data unless you have a lawful basis, all required permissions, and appropriate safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version here and revise the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the Services or by email.
